As you'd imagine, Bears fans have tough skin. This is especially important these days as they wait for the resurrection and Sunday arvo games at North Sydney Oval. But the dark days of no top level team and an ill-fated joint venture were hard to imagine in the early 90's as a club who had struggled for years found itself consistently qualifying for the finals under Steve Martin and with this lot running the show.
